TRUEVERIT IS AN INNOVATIVE MONITORING SYSTEM DESIGNED FOR ENERGY CONTROL AND EFFICIENCY

The Trueverit system is complete with sensors for detection in the field and software for easy control through a Web interface. It manages environmental, energetic and data variables for complex systems, as well as for third party systems.

It saves collected data to the Cloud, rendering them available anywhere through a PC, tablet or smartphone. It is also available in an On-Premises version to share control data within your company.

The data acquired in real time are instantly displayed and aggregated to identify progress and consumption. Aggregation compares data coming from diverse devices.

Configuration of all the devices in the field takes place through simple and intuitive Web pages that shorten installation time.

The system is modular, flexible and customizable, and easy to integrate with pre-existing measuring instruments and Business Intelligence. Thanks to the Web interface, there is no need to install any dedicated software.

HARDWARE: THE HEART OF THE SYSTEM


Controller
for integrating environmental, energetic and production data collected from Trueverit sensors and third party instruments in a single point. Available in different versions, adaptable to the needs and characteristics of the system to be monitored.

TRUEVERIT V

The trueverit V is the breaking point of the past versions: unprecedented CPU and RAM along with unrivaled performance.
Equipped with integrated wifi connectivity, actuators and an innovative energy source management system, Trueverit V represents the new frontier of monitoring in Industry 4.0.

TRUEVERIT V4

Compact version of the Trueverit V3 controller. Suitable for environments that require smaller dimensions. The possibility of a Wi-Fi connection guarantees transmission of data also for installations that cannot be wired manually. It can also be supplied through POE.

TRUEVERIT V3

Modular controller with extremely flexible dual slots. Suitable for local environments, requiring monitoring of simple variables, as well as for environments where it is necessary to monitor complex systems and rely on area control (e.g.: through webcams and external command devices).
It includes a Web interface that permits total and remote control of the data collected in the Cloud.
Offers fiber optic connectivity option.

INTEGRATED BUSINESS ANALYTICS (IBA)

Trueverit IBA receives data from devices, then models and aggregates the data to provide users with all the key information necessary for controlling and optimizing their businesses.

Main Features

• It can be installed in the Cloud or at the Client’s premises;
• Analyzes and compares the data with the previous period or previous year;
• It permits creating a dashboard with widgets for controlling all the KPI at only a quick glance;
• Diverse sensors from the same period appear in order for detecting “attention points”;
• Your sensors are grouped together in up to ten possible logical groups (e.g.: building, destination of use, cost center, etc.);
• It compares different measurements (e.g.: energy consumption and external temperature) to find correlations and cause/effect scenarios;

• By setting the cost of your energy plan it is possible to create an analysis of real costs for each time slot;
• It simulates up to 2 different energy plans to determine which is more economical based on your historical data;
• Permits extraction of pertinent data in Excel for any use;
• In case of particular needs, it is possible to create customized pages with the support of the Trueverit team;

DEDICATED SENSORS

Dedicated next generation high precision sensors designed for the system.

Analogical and digital high precision sensors with wired or wireless connection. The Trueverit R&D department works constantly to create sensors which are ever more precise and efficient for use with diverse applications.

Primary Functions

• Next generation sensors are inserted according to specific needs, and the project includes a road map after their insertion and certification in the system.

Each sensor is provided with manuals for correct installation with all the technical features necessary for correct use.

• The use of digital sensors renders the system extremely precise and also gives it incredibly fast reaction times.

• The configuration of the sensors is simple and intuitive once they are connected to the available ports on the system.

Range of products

The sensors are distinguished into two categories:

Simple: these can take up to 2 simultaneous readings using a single RJ45 port from S1 to S10;

Complex: these can take up to 50 measurements simultaneously using ports TR1 and TR2 with the possibility to connect several units to the same bus.

EASY CONTROL IS THE FIRST OBJECTIVE

The interface software was attentively designed down to the last detail to be easy and intuitive, considering a varied user level without the need for extensive computer skills.

The Web interface is multilingual for managing and controlling the efficiency of geographically distributed energy points from one place. It permits customized access by type of user and remote updating without data loss.
